The surface and inside of welding wires have stable and reliable quality and welding wires have big stiffness, providing stable wire feed and high welding efficiency.? Purpose: This product is applicable to welding of low carbon steel and low alloy structural steel with a tensile strength of not less than 500Mpa. It is widely used in such industrial sectors as metallurgy, heavy machinery, petrochemical processing, vehicles, ships, containers, bridges, buildings, nuclear power plants, pressure vessels and steel beams.

Description This product is calcium oxide—fluoride slag-system C02 gas shielded flux-cored wires. They have good welding process performance. By DC reverse connection, they have stable arc, little splashing, easy slag release and beautiful welding seams, used for flat welding, horizontal fillet welding and horizontal welding. Their deposited metal has good mechanical property, low diffusible hydrogen content, high impact toughness and good crack resistance.?
Purpose: This product is applicable to welding of import carbon steel and low alloy structural steel structures and vessels with corresponding tensile strengths. It is widely used for such industrial sectors as ships, machinery manufacture, petrochemical processing, metallurgy and vehicles.

(3) AWS A5.29 E790T-5
Description This product is calcium oxide—fluoride system high strength steel flux-cored wires. They have good welding process performance, high strength deposited metal, good plasticity and toughness, low hydrogen content, and good crack resistance.? Purpose: It is applicable to welding of important medium carbon steel and low alloy high strength steel members. It is widely used for such industrial sectors as mining, heavy machinery, bridging, shipbuilding and vehicle manufacture.

(4) J607B welding rods
Description The J606B is ultralow hydrogen sodium high toughness weeding rods used for 590Mpa-class flawless steel of pressure vessels. It has good gap impact toughness and crack resistance. It adopts DC reverse connection for full-position welding.? Purpose: It used for such important structures as pressure vessels, bridges, hydraulic power plant downtakes and marine engineering. They have good matching with CF60 (62) steel.

E308LT0-3 For self-shielded welding of corrosion-resistant 00Cr19Ni10 and 0Cr18Ni11Ti stainless steel structures under 300. Can also be used as tasnsition zone for difficult welding metal.
